COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays on international orders. Estimated delivery will be shown during checkout process after you select your shipping method.
Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We suggest customers to choose paid shipping service for orders value over $149, although we offer Free Flat Shipping for customers in some countries, inc. United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, to avoid any lost during transit. Due to the long time transit, it may not really safe for big value orders.
What locations do you ship to?
We ship to over 50 locations worldwide.
Please note: If your location is not listed, we will not ship to your location at the moment, we may add more locations, please check back or send us an email for more information.
If your merchandise is on back-order: We'll send you a detailed email if your merchandise temporarily becomes back-ordered with the manufacturer or vendor. This email will include a new expected ship date if available. If the expected shipping date is greater than 30 days or has changed twice, the email will also include instructions on how to accept or decline the back-order date.
There are 2 key factors which will affect the time your receive orders.
1. Handling time:
After receive your order, we need some time to test the product to ensure it is in perfect condition. The exact processing time varies depending on the item. The average processing time is 2-3 working days but this can also be affected by the item's stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-3 working days while larger quantity orders may require 3-5 working days.
2. Shipping methods:
When you order from Hobbymatehobby.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, our store will send an email with tracking information for your order's shipment or you can login to your account at Hobbymatehobby.com and check shipping details. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the order checkout process. Hobbymate Hobby offers different shipping methods for your order.
3. Free shipping eligibility bases on order value and countries customer located
Order value minimum $99.90 will be eligible for Free Shipping for the countries:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States
Customers located out of the above courtiers will be eligible for free shipping with minimum order value $129.90 -199.90

Important Note:
1. It is buyer's liability to cover any import tax in your own country.
2. Expedited shipping is not available at this moment, and cannot be sent to P.O Box address and telephone number is a must for expedited shipping.
3. At logistics peak period (like Xmas), the delivery time maybe delayed.
4. Russian customers: Please fill in receiver's full name in the order due to new policy of Russian customs.
5. Shipping time stated above is approximate shipping time, we cannot guaranty the exact delivery time, since shipping was handled by 3rd party shipping carriers.
Free Shipping Eligibility:
For most of products, if your order value is over $99.90 -129.90, you are eligible for free shipping, you will be able to see the 'Free Shipping' option during the checkout shipping page, also other shipping options we offered vary from shipping time. Free shipping is only available for most of the countries we ship to.
Error message troubleshooting during checkout
1. When you see error message "One or more items you added don't ship to your location, Remove them to check out, or contact the store" or,
2. The item you added doesn't ship to your location. Remove it to check out, or contact the store'.
When you receive either of messages above, there are 4 possibilities happened:
A. One or more items in your cart cannot be shipped to your location, this usually does not happen though. Please remove one of the items from cart and try again;
B. if you have just one item in cart, reduce the item quantity, and try again. For instance, if you'd order 10 pcs of R-Line Lipo Batteries, that total weight will exceed shipping carrier's requirement, you have split your order quantity in two orders.
C. You have both of the conditions mentioned.
D. Your country is not in our shipping zone, please contact us and let us know your shipping address.
Battery International Shipping Remind:
We do ship lipo battery and other type of battery to some countries, such as US, Canada, France, Germany, UK, Australia. We will update the list once we can ship batteries to more countries.
In this case, you might receive error message 'items in your cart are not available to your location' or similar message, during checkout process, when you put battery in your cart, please remove the battery from your cart and process the checkout again.
Shipping fee calculation:
In most case, when you buy one item, you may see the shipping fee is ridiculously high, since all shipping carrier will charge a fixed fee for one order; but when you put two items or more, you will feel happy that average shipping fee for each item drop down dramatically. We will adjust shipping fee from time to time by following shipping carrier's latest price.
Destination VAT Declaration:
We don't collect any tax charges, so consumers are responsible for any customs or additional VAT fees they might encounter before receiving the goods.
