We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We don't offer return for Lipo Battery.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label for order was shipped from the United States, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For international return, we will help you with all options we can use and make you one of the happy customers, we may not though issue international pre-paid shipping label.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items are final sales and cannot be returned, like Lipo Battery, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). For wrong items delivery, you are responsible for presentation of the shipping labels on the package display the shipping details, as well as the item itself.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Payment Refunds or Store Credit
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or in the way of store credit within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will issue Store Credit Only if your order falls into following situation;
A) Unwanted / Change Mind Order
B) Wrong Items / Mistake Order
C) Does not meet requirement
D) Arrive too late
E) Lost order
F) Not deliverable or mistake shipping address
