help i never got the package and dhl has it.

I never received my items. the dhl company says the shipper needs to request and investigation and then they will look into it. I have email HobbyMate and do not have a response as of yet. I am very disappointed. If I do not receive the items then my asteroid3 is gonna get very poor reviews. Please contact shipper to investigate.
