I had poor range 100yds. I’ve asked several times for contact from customer service. I finally reached out to tech support and he told me to adjust my antenna. Not happy, don’t buy from this website
Would have been nice to have printed instructions, not everyone has access to a PC . Had to go on utube to find out how to set up the transmitter but all in all very nice radio for the price.
